Instructions for use

• Shake the bottle to activate the biphasic formula.
• Soak a cotton ball with the product until it turns a light blue color.
• Place the cotton pad over your closed eye and leave it for a few seconds to dissolve the makeup.
• Gently slide the cotton from top to bottom and repeat if necessary.
