With your fingers curled, massage from the center of your face outwards using deep circular movements.

• UNDER THE JAWLINE: Start below the jawline (under the chin), from the center of the face outwards.
• ON THE JAWLINE: Follow along the jawline, from the chin towards the ears.
• ON THE CHEEKS: Continue from the jaw to the cheeks, moving up to the temples.
• ON THE FOREHEAD: Finish with the forehead, from the center of the face toward the temples.
