• STEP 1: CHANEL APPLICATION: Apply a small amount of SUBLIMAGE L'Extrait de Crème to your cheeks, forehead, and neck. Using both hands, smooth over your facial features from the inside out. For your neck, follow the contours of your face.
• STEP 2: RESTORATIVE MOVEMENTS: Use the entire surface of your palms and fingers to perform deep, sweeping effleurage movements. Start with the T-zone and move up to the forehead, cheeks, lip contour, facial contours, and finally, the trapezius. Repeat this gesture three times for each area.
